The car's air conditioning system is one of the basic luxury systems Which

has become a major part of the requirements for the manufacture of cars

and sell it, hardly any modern car is without air conditioning Which led to

the need to understand how the air conditioner works the car and what are

the main components of the air conditioning system and this is what we will

learn about

Basic car air conditioning components

Compressor

Condenser

Evaporator

Expansion valve

Refrigerant (Freon)

These parts are known as the cooling  mechanical circle ,

The mechanical circle is responsible for the transfering of the thermal

energy From the inside of the vehicle  components to the outside, through

the procedures of  Compression, condensation, expansion and  evaporation

of the refrigerant medium .

Steps to operate the educational unit

1-The power supply of the unit is connected to a 220V source

2-The unit is started by the green key to start the Electric Motor rotation

3-The compressor moves accordingly by means of the belt connected between

 it and Electric motor

4-clutch to run the LO and HI of the compressor move the key between

5-After completing the operation, the unit is closed by the red key on the plate
